Somos Tierra is a documentary series that explores the deep connection between humans and the land through five essential agricultural products: rice, cacao, tea, coffee, and cotton. Each episode follows a character from the agricultural world – whether a farmer, agronomist, or landowner – and takes us through the processes of cultivation, harvest, and transformation of each of these crops. The series highlights how each product not only nourishes people but is also the result of mindful, responsible labor, rich in history.
A portrait of sustainable agriculture and the enduring bond between those who work the land and the soil they call home.
